These Terms govern your access to and use of the services provided by CC Marketing Solutions Company. By engaging our consulting, marketing, or web design services, or by accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Service
CC Marketing Solutions provides business consulting, marketing services, and web design services. The scope of Services will be defined in writing through proposals, statements of work, invoices, or other agreed documentation. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, revenue increases, lead volume, search rankings, or business performance.
2. No Guarantees or Warranties
All Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CC Marketing Solutions disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CC Marketing Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Services. Total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
4. Marketing and Consulting Risk
Business consulting and marketing involve inherent risks and uncertainties. Decisions made based on our recommendations remain the client’s responsibility.
5. Web Design and Technical Disclaimer
We take reasonable steps to ensure quality and reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free code, or compatibility with every device, browser, or third-party system.
6. Data and Backups
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data, content, and materials. CC Marketing Solutions is not liable for data loss caused by hosting providers, client actions, or third parties.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information, maintain credentials securely, review deliverables promptly, and comply with applicable laws.
8. Intellectual Property
Pre-existing intellectual property remains with its respective owner. Unless otherwise stated, final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment. CC Marketing Solutions may display non-confidential work in its portfolio.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or non-public information except where disclosure is required by law.
10. Third-Party Services
CC Marketing Solutions may recommend or integrate third-party tools and is not responsible for their performance, security, pricing, or availability.
11. Payment and Termination
Fees are due as described in the agreed documentation. Late payments may result in suspension. Either party may terminate Services according to the agreed documentation, and outstanding balances become due upon termination.
